He has previous consulting experience with firms such as Bain & Company and Booz & Company in Sweden and in the U.S. where he has lived for more than fifteen years. Rickard's early career includes tenures with Ericsson where he worked in marketing and sales and Sergeant in the Swedish Air Force. He holds an M.B.A. degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Houston and M.Sc. in Engineering Physics (civilingenjör, teknisk fysik) from Uppsala Universitet.

Mikael Öhman, based in Atlanta, works with private equity, health care technology, and industrial companies. Mikael has led strategy and business development as SVP for McKesson Technology Solutions (USD 3bn in sales), headed up global operations for Cerner Corporation (USD 1.7bn in sales), and worked as a consultant for more than seven years at McKinsey & Company in Sweden and the U.S. Mikael’s career has also included tenures at EDS, the Swedish Embassy in Moscow and Sergeant in the Swedish Army Language School (Tolkskolan). Renata Ljunggren has twenty years experience in consulting, industry and education with KPMG Consulting, Korn / Ferry International, Hanjin Shipping and Stockholm School of Economics. In 2000, Renata established the consulting firm EPR Consulting Europe in the Czech Republic. Her educational background include an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Tübingen, Germany.

Martin Johansson focuses on change management and consultative selling, including helping clients with their individual-, team- and organizational development needs. He has more than twenty years experience with consultative solution sales, business development, international business, human resource management, and enterprise-wide development initiatives. Previously, Martin was VP of Commercial Management at Ericsson for the North American market. Martin holds a M.Sc. degree from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm.
