Rickard Alfredeen
Founding Partner

Rickard Alfredeen works with private equity, industrial, and technology clients on growth strategies, pricing, and sales & marketing.
He has worked with more than fifty companies ranging from small organizations to the global top 50. ​He has prior consulting experience with firms such as Bain & Company and Booz & Company. Rickard's early career includes tenures at Ericsson, where he worked in marketing and sales and as a Sergeant in the Swedish Air Force. He holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Houston and an M.Sc. in Engineering Physics (civilingenjör, teknisk fysik) from Uppsala Universitet.

Oscar Hermansson
Partner

Oscar Hermansson  joined the consulting practice in 2016 to work with clients on growth strategies, performance improvement, and deal support. During his career with consulting firm Bain & Co and listed private equity firm Ratos, he has worked with more than thirty companies, ranging from midsize organizations to members of the global top 10. He has served as a board member of several private and public companies. Oscar holds an M.Sc. in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics. Beyond the office, he enjoys outdoor activities and astronomy.​

Meet a few independent professionals who have worked on assignments with us

Renata brings two decades of experience across consulting, industry, and education, with roles at KPMG Consulting, Korn/Ferry International, Hanjin Shipping, and the Stockholm School of Economics. Fluent in English, German, French, Croatian, and Czech, with working knowledge of Russian and Swedish. Holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Master’s in Economics from the University of Tübingen, Germany.
Mark has extensive experience formulating strategy and executing projects for B2B clients as both interim manager and consultant. His work spans turnaround management and building distribution networks. Fluent in German, French, Swedish, and English. Holds an M.Sc. in Business and Economics and an M.Sc. in Logistics from Uppsala Universitet.
Martin is a former Partner at Ernst & Young (London) and Deloitte, with expertise in business expansion, financial and operational restructuring, and strengthening governance, risk, and compliance practices. Holds a Master’s in Engineering from Czech Technical University in Prague.
Thomas has a strong background in online marketing, having served as Managing Director for a marketing consulting firm in Vienna and as Director of advertising and PR at an online company. He lectures on online marketing at the Vienna Marketing Academy. Holds a Master’s from the University of Graz and studied law at Vienna University.
Jon has a long track record in market economics for manufacturing and distribution in transportation OEMs, suppliers, and aftermarket, as well as in chemical, metals, pharmaceutical, capital equipment, and construction products. His career spans strategy, marketing, finance, metallurgical and manufacturing engineering, and operations in both consulting and industry. Holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Economics from the University of Michigan, a B.S. in Manufacturing Industrial Technology from Eastern Michigan University, and an A.S. in Metallurgical Technology from Washtenaw Community College.
